With the Impact Report 2024, AM transparently shows which significant progress was made on their journey towards climate-positive area development, healthier living environments, and vibrant neighborhoods. As a socially driven area developer, AM is committed to contributing to the resolution of pressing societal challenges. These challenges are framed in three impact themes: move to climate positivity, design for wellbeing, and create social impact. The AM Impact Report follows these three impact themes and aligns with ESG standards.
